But first of all, let's talk about what is motivation: The definition of motivation in the directory is "internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested in and committed to a job, role, or subject and to exert persistent effort in attaining a goal." Motivation associates with enthusiasm and activity. Because when we have a strong motivation to achieve target, then we put in a lot of effort. And conversely, if we have a weak motivation, if we don't know what we want out of life, then it would be hard to stay motivated. The most in life can achieve that person who knows and understand himself. So, let's figure out 7 proven tactics on how to motivate yourself: 1. Maintain Positive Attitudes Positive attitudes can help you to keep motivation. Believe in yourself, believe in what you are doing. Say yourself, that you CAN achieve your target. Attitudes, like "Yes, I Can Do It", "I am Worth It and I Will Achieve It" help us to move forward. But like I said earlier, it is vitally important to believe in what you are doing. Always remember this insightful quote by Henry Ford,"If you think you can do a thing or think you can't do a thing, you're right."
2. Set Clear and Specific Goals. Setting clear, specific and realistic goals can help us to stay motivated. Can you motivate yourself if you don't know what you want out of life? Of course, NO. 3. What are the Reasons "why" Do You Want to Achieve Targets? Make a list of all the reasons why do you want to achieve that target. Maybe you want to become wealthy, because you want to have stability and security, to help family and close friends, to help children achieve their goals and so on. 4. Identify the meaning of what you are doing. If you do not have a meaning for what you are doing, then it would be hard to keep your motivation. 5. Focus on Ultimate Results. Get into a habit to visualize the ultimate result. You'll see how this habit inceases your self motivation. Spending 20-30 minutes each day for visualization will give you amazing results. 6. Make a Detailed Plan for Your Goals. When you have a detailed plan then it's much easier to maintain self motivation and achieve any goal you set. 7. Stay Optimist. Optimism has many benefits in our life, including better relationship with others, more success and happiness, better health, less stress and so on.
